Swans on the rice fields in Ishikari

Every year, various kinds of migratory birds come to Ishikari.

Rice farming is flourishing in Ishikari and the rice fields have become a landing zone for them.

The swans come at the end of March and stay for about two weeks.

I'm glad I could meet them again this year. I hope they will safely fly to Siberia and will come back to Ishikari next year!
